Park Rental Agreement Form

Hiller Park Picnic Area:      Fee: $50.00/4hrs.

Pierson Park:                   Fee: $50.00/4hrs.

Hiller Sports Complex:    

Turf Field Use:                 Fee: $20.00/hour per field

Baseball Field Use:           Fee: $23.00/hour

Softball Field Use:            Fee: $23.00/hour

Baseball/Softball Tournament Use:
50% reduction from regular hourly rates.  Tournaments must have a minimum of 4 teams and 8 hours of continuous play per day.
Note: Youth groups who agree to mow fields during their use may qualify for a 75% reduction in regular hourly rates.
 
Additional fees:
 
Field preparation - Ballfields   Fee: $20/hour per field
 
Field Preparation - Turf Areas Fee: $20/hour per field
 
Concession Stand Use:
Regular weekdays                      Fee: $5/day
Regular weekends                  Fee: $15/day
Tournaments                         Fee: $15/day
 
Insurance (if provided by District)  Variable rates
 
*Facility Usage Deposit           Fee: $100.00
*Required only for those groups/individuals not having and maintaining a current Agreement with the District.
