Notice is hereby given that the McKinleyville Community Services District, 1656 Sutter Road, McKinleyville, California, 95519 will receive sealed bids for performing the work of the Wastewater Management Facility Improvements project. The McKinleyville Community Services District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct wastewater treatment improvements at their Wastewater Management Facility (WWMF).

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the McKinleyville Community Services District Office (1656 Sutter Road, McKinleyville, California). A pre-bid site visit will be held immediately following the pre-bid conference.
Sealed bids will be received at: McKinleyville Community Services District, 1656 Sutter Road, McKinleyville, California, 95519, Thursday, October 22, 2015, 2:00 p.m. local time. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids received via email are not acceptable. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud shortly after the specified closing time. Interested parties are invited to attend.
The Contract Documents may be examined at many builders exchanges and may be obtained at the Main Office of the McKinleyville Community Services District, 1656 Sutter Road, McKinleyville, CA 95519 for the non‑refundable purchase price of $300 each. Make check payable to MCSD.
