Registration Procedures

To avoid class cancellations, please register early! 

The best way to kill a program is to wait until the last minute to register.

How to obtain a registration form:

1.                  We can fax a registration form to you

2.                  We can mail a registration form for you

3.                  Come by our office and pick up a registration form

4.                  Download a registration form from our website below

Mail Slot

You may drop off your registration forms in our mail slot located in the District Office parking lot.

Walk-in registration will continue until programs are full, unless otherwise noted in the program description.

Charge Card

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

Personal Check

Please make check payable to MCSD and make sure your driver’s license and expiration date is on the check.
