MCSD adopts Resolution 2014-22 acknowledging the State Water Resources Control Board Res. 2014-38 [1]

The MCSD Board of Directors adopted Resolution 2014-22 [2]at the regular their meeting on Wednesday, August 6, 2014.

Due to continuing drought conditions, MCSD is ensuring that it is in compliance with the new state regulations and enacting its powers to enforce any actions that may be needed.
