NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 2, 2019

CONSIDERATION OF ENTERING INTO ENERGY SERVICE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT FOR MCKINLEYVILLE CSD MICROGRID PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that on October 2, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM at the regular meeting of its Governing Board, McKinleyville Community Services District ("District") will conduct a public hearing at Azalea Hall, located at 1620 Pickett Road, McKinleyville, CA, to obtain comment regarding the District's consideration of entering into an energy service design-build contract pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code Section 4217.10, et seq.

The Hearing will be open to the public.  At any time before that date and time set forth in this notice for the Public Hearing, written comment on the proposal may be filed at the District Office, located at 1656 Sutter Road, McKinleyville, CA.  All persons wishing to comment at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.
