MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MCKINLEYVILLE COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD ON FEBRUARY 20, 2008 AT AZALEA HALL, AZALEA HALL
AGENDA ITEM A-CALL TO ORDER, FLAG SALUTE AND ROLL CALL: At 9:20 pm President Corbett called the meeting to order. Directors Edwards, Reid, Dunk and Wennerholm were present.
AGENDA ITEM B- PUBLIC COMMENTS: ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION:
This special meeting was held immediately after a regularly scheduled Board Meeting and no public persons were in attendance.
CLOSED SESSION C- Board went into closed session at 9:25 per G.C. Section 54957 Performance Evaluation and Contract Negotiation with the General Manager.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OUT OF CLOSED SESSION – D: The Board came out of closed session at 9:45 pm. The President stated there was nothing to report.
ADJOURNMENT-E: The Board adjourned at 9:47 pm.
