Statewide Emergency Water Conservation Regulation starting August 1st!

The California State Water Resources Control Board www.swrcb.ca.gov/ has implemented an emergency water conservation regulation.  The information that we have received is available for you to review at the links below.

The regulation prohibits the following:

Wastewater Management Facility intent to adopt a mitigated negative declaration

CEQA NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15072 and Public Resources Code Section 21092, the McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD) is providing notice of intent to adopt a mitigated negative declaration for their Wastewater Management Facility (WWMF) Improvements Project, as described below.

 

Increased Truck Traffic for WWMF Biosolids Removal Project!

A public service announcement was sent out today, Friday July 18, 2014 concerning the Biosolids Removal Project at our Waste Water Management Facility on Hiller Road. The project will cause an increase in truck traffic into and out of the Facility from July 15, 2014 through October 10, 2014. You can view the PSA at the link above or the attachement below.

Once the contractor has provided the specific routes they will use, we will provide that information.
