Water Rate Calculator and FAQ's

The Board approved rate adjustment took effect March 1, 2014. You can use the rate calculator to determine your future cost for water.

On your bill, the revenue recovery surcharge (RRS) is included in the water base rate. The RRS is a fixed amount and will be added to the new base rate for each meter size through December 2017. The RRS will be eliminated starting in January 2018. The projected base rates including the RRS are available here or at the attachment below.

North Bank Road to be subject to traffic delays for installation of emergency water supply line!

Construction will be taking place on North Bank Road between Azalea Avenue and Highway 101 to accommodate installation of a new emergency pipeline. The pipeline will be going in within the roadway; consequently, North Bank Road will be subject to traffic delays beginning on May 30th, 2014. The road will not be closed to through traffic, as prescribed in a previous notification.
