Jr. High School Dance

McKinleyville Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a Junior High School dance on Friday, November 15, 2013, from 7:00 p.m. through 9:30 p.m. at the Activity Center for Humboldt County’s 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade students.  Cost is $10 per student. Tickets on sale NOW at the McKinleyville Parks & Recreation Office, 1656 Sutter Rd. in McKinleyville.

MCSD currently has a part-time job opportunity with the Parks & Recreation Department.
 
Currently seeking a Part-Time Recreation Leader to work at the Kids' Club After School Program.  Shifts are Monday through Friday.  Mondays: 1:15pm-6:00pm  Tuesday through Friday Shifts are 2:15pm-6:00pm with occasional early start days (1:15pm start occasionally).
 
Teen & Community Center

Progress continues with the architectural design of the Teen & Community Center.  We will continue to host community meetings to involve youth and adults with the design of the new facility.
