President Corbett is presenting a new performance evaluation form for Board consideration. It is attached for your review. This format was obtained from ACWA, a professional association of which we are a member.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Consider the form, make changes as deemed appropriate and adopt at the pleasure of the Board.
