BACKGROUND:
CSDA has asked for nominations to serve on the Board for the next three-year term. Each region has three members that serve on staggered terms. This year Seat C is up for consideration. If any MCSD Board member wishes to be considered, the nomination should be done for formal action so that the minutes reflect your support of the nominee.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Consider if any MCSD Director wishes to be considered for the CSDA election. Act by motion at the Board’s pleasure.
