BACKGROUND:
Tom Hosford has submitted an application to extend a sewer main to provide service for the two units on his property on Van Eaton Avenue. The Applicant has completed the application that requires Board approval. All deposits and fees have been paid as required. (See attached Application) This subdivision will extend 80 feet of six-inch sewer main and installation of two sewer and water services.
Fiscal Analysis: The Applicant will plan and construct the facilities and dedicate these to the District when completed and approved by the District. Additionally, the applicant will pay the customary water and sewer fees for the two units as a condition of service.
The Application fees total $231.00. The connection fees will be paid prior to connecting the service laterals.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Facilities Extension Agreement with Bayard Smith. The sewer main will be dedicated to the District when constructed, tested and accepted in accordance to the District Rules and Regulations.
